You must contact us through our email INFO@LAGUACAJOYEROS.COM or WhatsApp hotline (314 6532657) where one of our advisors will assist you within the first (5) business days stipulated by the consumer statute after receiving the package, the status of the product will be reviewed and the due process will be carried out to finalize your request, the product must be returned in perfect condition (unused and in the original packaging).
 
LA GUACA JOYEROS will validate the status of the product, if it meets the conditions for the change to be effective, it will proceed to do it according to the available stocks in inventory, in case of not finding availability of the product, the refund of the money paid will be made, the time of the Reimbursement is subject to the means of payment with which the customer made the purchase.
 

REASONS NOT TO MAKE THE CHANGE:

 

According to the withdrawal policies of LA GUACA JOYEROS, the change cannot be made when:

1) The return of the product is not made within the five (5) business days stipulated by the consumer statute to exercise the right of withdrawal.

2) The product is damaged.

3) The product does not comply with the same conditions with which it was delivered and it has been exposed to modifications or repairs with third parties.

4) The products have been personalized (Change of size or Markings) or manufactured according to the client's request

 

New products:
 
A 3-month warranty is established for manufacturing defects. Gold and silver can lose their shine and/or original shape when in contact with the skin, hard elements or chemicals, so we recommend the following to preserve your jewel: Clean it with a soft cloth before storing it, avoid wearing it when you sleep or when taking a bath, do not apply perfumes on the metal or stones.
This guarantee expires immediately if the jewel has been intervened by personnel other than LA GUACA JOYEROS. It is not valid in the event of:
 

1. Detachment of pearls or stones, product of blows or aggressive agents;

2. Changes or transformations of the piece by persons outside LA GUACA JOYEROS.;

3. Abuse;

4. Scratches or deterioration of the original shape of the jewel due to improper use.

Refurbished products: This jewel is restored, for this reason LA GUACA JOYEROS does not offer a guarantee for scratches, scrapes, sunken holes and other defects that the jewel may have, in accordance with the provisions of article 8 of Law 1480 of 2011.
